| Duties: | Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a multi-million dollar property - with responsibility for staff supervision, budget adherence, and asset upkeep. With locations in Whittier, Inglewood, and Claremont, our company is always eager to meet with potential new personnel with a great attitude and the skills to succeed. |
| Qualifications: | Requirements: - 2-4 years of apartment property maintenance experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisor experience
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ideal candidate will be friendly, eager to serve, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities and have a team first attitude.
- Pool Certified a plus
- HVAC Certification Required
